Buttercup PIN   |   Female   |   Domestic Floofer (DLH)   |

Rescue Story:

I was surrendered to a rescue due to being too stressed out about the new baby and peeing outside the litterbox. Stress is a very common reason why cats pee outside the litterbox so a stress-free home should mean no more peeing outside the litter box.

Date of Birth: 2014

Energy Level: Low

Size (adult): Medium

Adoption Fee: $170

Good with Dogs? Yes
Only calm cat friendly older dogs who won't chase me, with proper introductions of course.
Good with Cats? Unknown
Only very cat friendly cats with slow introductions and lots of resources. But I would happier as an only cat to be honest.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Older kids who are respectful and gentle.

Critter Twitter:

I am one stunning girl who is very affectionate and attention-seeking. Look into my baby blue eyes and tell me that you love me. Because you know you do! #stunninggirl

About my Behaviour:

I must go to a calm, quiet home as high stress can cause UTI. I would most likely prefer a home as the only pet or a calm senior dog who completely ignores me. I am fine with the one cat in the foster home who ignores me, but the other cat is quite mean to me which is very stressful. With very slow proper introductions to a very cat-friendly cat who would ignore me, I might be ok with.

I am ok with older kids who won't pick me up and aren't too grabby as I like to do my own thing but, I will let everyone know when it's cuddle time.

I would love access to a catio if possible, even just a window catio so I can be outside safely. Cat tv is better in 3D! But it could be something to look into for the future.

How’s my Health?

I am fully vetted. It is best that I am fed some wet food daily (no fish) further help reduce the chances of a UTI as well as at least 2 litter boxes that are large and uncovered and scooped at least once a day.
