Ann Windsor   |   Female   |   Mixed Breed   |

Rescue Story:

I was one of the lucky ones to be rescued by Zoe's to raise my babies in a safe, warm space. Now they are grown and I'm ready to find a loving family of my own.

Date of Birth: May 13, 2022 (est)

Energy Level: Medium - raising puppies was exhausting but I'm getting more playful

Size (adult): Large (approx 75lbs)

Adoption Fee: $425 But can you really put a price on happiness!

Good with Dogs? Yes
With proper introductions I should do just fine.
Good with Cats? Unknown
I have mostly ignored the cats I've met but haven't lived with one.
Good with Kids? Maybe
Kids 12+ would be best as I can be apprehensive around younger children.

Critter Twitter:

Hi I'm Ann. I'm a shy but very sweet lady who just wants to be loved. Give me a little space at first and I'm quick to warm up, especially to female humans, and then I'm all in for belly rubs. I'd love a cozy home with lots of pillows and blankets for me to cuddle up with! I'm a smart pup and am adjusting really well to living in a home. I'm happy and patient and gentle. I do live with another dog and we get along well. With time and lots of encouragement I will make a wonderful companion to explore the world with!

About my Behaviour:

I am house trained. I haven't been introduced to a crate yet but I've been good in the house. I will need a patient and kind adopter who will be willing to take things at my pace while I get comfortable in my new home. To ensure we get off on the right paw, my adopters will be required to sign up for force-free training. You can find a list of great trainers at www.albertaforcefreealliance.com.

How’s my Health?

I will be spayed, up to date on my vaccinations, dewormed and microchipped.
