Critter Twitter:
Hi my name is Atlas! I am a handsome boy who would make a wonderful addition to the right family! I can be anxious and prefer slow introductions. Once I am comfortable with you and decide that you are my friend I am an absolute cuddle monster!! Getting pets, cuddle and being in contact with my humans is my favourite! If you have room in your family and your hearts for a sweet new friend, please fill out an application for me. I can't wait to meet you!
About my Behaviour:
I am house trained, and can hold it all day if needed. I am not crate trained because I am a good boy when left alone, and my foster family has found that I can be trusted to roam around the house without getting into any trouble. I am very good on a leash and love walks! I only pull when I see rabbits, but I still sometimes growl or bark when I see another dog. My foster family has been working with me on this and I am getting better. I am happy to go for long walks, but will probably need to take a long nap after. I am a little bit unsure of strange humans so slow introductions are best. With your love and guidance, I will be an amazing addition to your family! To help us start off on the right paw, two private sessions with a certified trainer OR a six week group class will be included with my adoption!
How’s my Health?
I am neutered, microchipped, de-wormed and up to date on my vaccinations. I take anxiety medicine twice a day in peanut butter. This should continue until I am settled in with my new forever family.
This animal is in need of a new foster home. Are you interested in fostering?
