Catrick O’Hara | Male | Tomcat (DSH) |
Rescue Story:
I came into care as a pregnant cat.. turns out I was just fat and not even neutered. But I would rather not tell this story. I might need therapy. Though the best therapy would be me purring away on your lap.

Good with Dogs? Unknown
I've seen dogs and said I was fine but haven't been around any.
Good with Cats? Yes
With cat friendly cats and slow proper introductions.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Older kids are best if any.
Critter Twitter:
I am a very sweet boy who loves being petted, especially chin scratches! I often follow your hand to get them. I'm happy to nap on your lap and am generally always within eyesight. I'm always up for playtime, especially with wand and catnip toys. I love to chat and have the loudest purr ever!
About my Behaviour:
I require a home that is quiet, and very zen like. I am a bit shy initially and will take some time to settle in. I don't like loud noises at all.
I can swat if overstimulated when petting, but I give plenty of signs for you to stop first. I have a very expressive face and body language (tail swishing, ears to the side, stop petting please).
I am fine with cat friendly cats with slow proper introductions, but also just fine as a solo cat.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted including being NEUTERED. Yes, because I am a boy.. not a pregnant chick. I must be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration. Wet food is important as it's best for kitties, so please make sure it's in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also gives added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, which can lead to UTIs.
