Garlic Roasted | Male | Bonded House Panther (DSH) |
Rescue Story:
My mom was a semi-feral cat that a lady was taking care of. Like most semi-ferals, she only trusted her, and the vet wouldn't spay her because she was too feral. She did, of course, get out and had 4 kittens. Sadly, two didn't survive, but the two survivors are thriving, and now we are ready for our forever homes. Oh, and our mom was spayed, so no more litters for her! She gets to be spoiled by her caretaker and we get to find our forever home together.
Date of Birth: March 8, 2025
Energy Level: Very High
Size (adult): Medium
Adoption Fee: $275 for my sibling and I.
Good with Dogs? Unknown
Never met one. Maybe if super cat friendly with no prey drive and will leave me alone if I request my space I would be ok.
Good with Cats? Bonded Pair
I must be adopted with my sibling as we are bonded. We are good with other very cat friendly cats with slow proper introductions.
Good with Kids? Maybe
Older kids who are very gentle and understanding about timid kitties I would likely be ok with.
Critter Twitter:
I am one sweet boy who likes to be petted. I will come every night to sleep with you and cuddle with you from time to time. When I am not busy playing or cuddling with my brother, that is. Unlike my brother, I am quiet as a mouse. I love to play and play. My bro and I can't wait to find our forever homes. #bondedbros
About my Behaviour:
I must be adopted to a home with my brother, as we are besties. We are good with other very cat-friendly cats with slow, proper introductions. We do prefer the company of each other only, though. I try to stare down the other cats, but they call my bluff, and I run away pretty quickly! We pretty much keep to each other only, though, so if you have a kitty who prefers that, that's fine with us.
My brother is very timid, so it's best we are adopted to a more zen-like home. Oh, and a catio would be nice to have! My brother and I love ours!
How’s my Health?
I am vetted. I prefer wet food chunks or shreds, no pate. I do like my dry food, but it's important that I have at least one meal of wet food a day to keep my carb calories lower. Dry-food-fed-only cats tend to struggle with obesity, and it's important for my urinary and kidney health.
