Critter Twitter:
Hi, I’m Jardine! I’m a curious, playful boy who loves exploring. I like to check things out first before jumping in, but once comfortable, my fun side really comes out. I have lots of kitten energy and enjoy playing, chasing, and wrestling with my littermates. When I’m not playing, I love cuddle time. I usually snuggle up with my siblings for naps, but if you’re lucky, I’ll curl up with you too. As I grow, I think I’m going to be even more of a cuddler. I’m not overly demanding for attention, but I do like being nearby and part of the action. I may take a day or two to settle into a new home, but once I do, I’m a happy, confident little guy. #lovebug
About my Behaviour:
I would do best in a home with another young cat who can keep up with my energy. I really enjoy having a kitty friend to play and nap with, and I think I’d be a bit much for a senior cat. If I have a playful buddy, I’ll be just fine home alone during the day.
I should be okay with a calm, respectful dog who gives me space, and I’d do well with kids aged 8 and up who know how to be gentle with kittens.
How’s my Health?
I am fixed, up to date vaccines, microchipped, and dewormed. I need at least one meal of wet food daily for hydration. Wet food is essential for kitties, so please ensure it's included in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also provides added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, potentially leading to UTIs.
