Rescue Story:

I was living in a remote community and was surrendered to Zoe's after I gave birth to 5 puppies. Now that they are grown and I have settled into my foster home it's time for me to find my furever people.

Date of Birth: April 6, 2023 (approx)

Energy Level: High - I am happiest with daily exercise and mental activities

Size (adult): Medium (approx 60lbs)

Adoption Fee: $425 What a deal for this gorgeous gal!

Good with Dogs? Unknown
I haven't had too much exposure to other dogs so would need slow introductions.
Good with Cats? Yes
I'm not at all bothered by the cat in my foster home.
Good with Kids? Yes
I would do just fine with kiddos!

Critter Twitter:

Hi, I’m Jazz — a pup with a big brain and an even bigger heart! I love being around my people and will follow you around just to be close. Being alone isn’t really my thing, so I hope you like a loyal sidekick. I’ll gently bump your hand when I want some pets (which is often!) or dramatically flop over to request belly rubs. I’ve got a chill vibe but a silly side too — I promise to make you laugh every day. I'm a quick learner and always up for showing off my smarts. Whether we’re lounging or going on adventures, I’m happiest by your side. Are you ready to meet your new best friend?

About my Behaviour:

I am house trained and already figured out how to open the screen door if it's not locked. Told ya I was smart! I haven't been introduced to a crate yet and would do best in a home where my people aren't gone for long hours. To ensure we get off on the right paw, my adopters will be required to sign up for force-free training. You can find a list of great trainers at www.albertaforcefreealliance.com.

How’s my Health?

I will be spayed, up to date on my vaccinations, dewormed and microchipped.
