Critter Twitter:

Hi! I’m Lasso, a dapper dude here to catch your heart. I have a heart-melting personality with the perfect blend of playful kitten energy and couch potato snuggles. As you can see, I’m an incredibly handsome black cat with soft fluffy fur, bright white whiskers and my absolute finest feature, one single white toe on each of my paws!

Here is what makes me the ultimate companion:
Laid-back and floppy is my motto. When you pick me up, I melt right into you. My absolute favorite spot in the world is in your arms being carried around or purring right up under your chin.
I am a master spring-hunter! Plastic springs are my favorite toy in the world, and no matter where you hide them, I will find them.
While I love a good wrestling match with my brothers or a high-speed zip through the house, I am always the very first one to settle down, find a quiet spot, and lounge while I watch my siblings act like maniacs.

About my Behaviour:

Because I love to play, I really need a home with a fun, young kitty playmate under 7 months old (would be ideal but no more than 5 years old) to keep me company. My brother Stetson is my ultimate buddy (he's on medical hold currently though), but I would be thrilled to go home with any of my siblings or another friend at Zoe’s you have your eye on.

Thanks to my deeply relaxed, laid-back personality, I would likely fit into almost any family dynamic. Gentle, respectful kids would be a great match for me. And with a patient, slow introduction, my easygoing attitude means I would likely adjust just fine to calm, cat friendly, cat savy dogs and other existing cats too.

How’s my Health?

I am fixed, and I am microchipped, up to date vaccines, and dewormed. I must be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration. Wet food is important, as it's best for kitties, so please make sure it's in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also gives added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, which can lead to UTIs.
