Mitch Gray   |   Male   |   Mixed Breed   |

Rescue Story:

I was surrendered to Zoe's with my siblings after two of us came down with parvo but now I'm feeling all better and ready to find my family!

Date of Birth: April 2023

Energy Level: High - I'm a puppy afterall!

Size (adult): Medium-Large

Adoption Fee: $450 for ALL this cuteness

Good with Dogs? Yes
With proper introductions and lots of doggie socializing I would be fine.
Good with Cats? Maybe
I haven't spent much time around cats yet.
Good with Kids? Maybe
I would do best with children over the age of 12 or none at all. I have big bully energy and might be too much for kids at this time.

Critter Twitter:

Mitch here! You might have heard about me, I'm the parvo survivor. I'm recovering now in my foster home and right now my favourite thing to do is snuggle under the covers with my foster mom. After a good cuddle I like to run and play and chew. I am going to grow into a strong and active boy who will need plenty of physical and mental stimulation. I'm looking for a family who will work with me to build my confidence as new things can be scary, and who aren't gone long hours. If that sounds like you then make sure to click apply below!

About my Behaviour:

As a condition of adoption, we must register in a force free training class for puppies. We'll learn so much and bond and I can have some socializing time with other dogs in a safe environment, which is really critical for young pups! Please check out www.albertaforcefreealliance.com for some great force free trainers!

How’s my Health?

I had parvo when I first came to Zoe's but after a tough battle I won and am on the road to recovery. I am currently fed small meals frequently as I sometime choke or regurgitate if I eat too much too fast. I will be neutered up to date on my vaccinations, dewormed and microchipped. Zoe's cannot guarantee what breeds are in me or my size as an adult.
