Good with Dogs? Maybe
If cat friendly and wont chase me, likely will be fine.
Good with Cats? Yes
I would love a young cat friendly bestie to play with.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Older kids are best if any as I can play a bit rough
Critter Twitter:
I'm a very sweet girl who loves to give and receive affection. While I may not be a lap cat yet, I could be in the future, especially in a home with cat-friendly cats. I get very excited when I see my foster parents and have the cutest meow! I truly am the most loving little cat, and I know you will fall madly in love with me. #lovebug
About my Behaviour:
I would love a home with another young, cat-friendly cat. While I've been dealing with some health issues (typical stray kitty stuff) and was kept away from resident pets during treatment, I wasn't scared of the resident dogs I saw, and my finder said I get along well with other cats. As long as I have clean litter boxes and proper introductions to cat-friendly pets, I'll likely be just fine. I would also be okay as an only pet, especially if you're open to adopting a buddy if I seem lonely while you're away at work.
I do sometimes get overstimulated and use my claws/teeth during play or when overstimulated. Likely someone used their hands to play with me, which is a big no-no. Push your hand to my mouth and I will release, then stop petting. If it wasn't due to petting, be sure to redirect with a toy and burn off my energy. Because of this, it's likely best if you have no kids or older kids only. Petting behind my head only and stopping all petting once my tail swishes or ears go to the side will help. As well lots of play sessions are needed. It can sometimes be due to too much pent up energy, so burning it off will greatly help.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted. I must be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration. Wet food is important as it's best for kitties, so please make sure it's in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also gives added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, which can lead to UTIs. I do require large litter boxes for ample space. I do request multiple litter boxes that are cleaned twice a day (or at least is scooped daily and more options) as I don't like to step in any ickiness!
