Rescue Story:
I was brought into care with my siblings from the streets and am now waiting to find out a new forever home.
Date of Birth: March 15, 2025 (est)
Energy Level: High
Size (adult): Medium
Adoption Fee: $225 for me or $350 for myself and another young kitten.
Good with Dogs? Maybe
I’ve never met one but maybe with slow proper introduction we could become friends as long as they won't hurt me.
Good with Cats? Must have a cat friend
I must be adopted to a home with one younger cat to be my playmate with slow proper introductions. Or with a sibling.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Older kids who are gentle with me, I should be good with.
Critter Twitter:
I am a princess, but I can still wrestle and play hard with my siblings. I love being brushed, which is a good thing since I’ve got long hair and am very soft. I’m not just a pretty face though; I help my human make beds and ride mops. I love cuddling, and I will purr you songs. #lovebug
About my Behaviour:
I must be adopted into a home with another young kitten or a very cat-friendly young cat buddy for me to play with. With slow, proper introductions. I love to play with other kitties, and older cats won't match my energy for many years to come. I am great with older cats as long as I have a young kitty playmate. I am fostered with Petah and Suzanne, and I could easily be adopted with one of them.
I can be bitey and I am still learning proper kitty manners. Be sure to never play with your hands and redirect me to a toy when I bite. I am likely teething (or will be soon) so giving me healthier options to chew will help me with my biting. Older kids would be best for me since it may scare them if I bite.
How’s my Health?
I am vetted. I must be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration. Wet food is important, as it's best for kitties, so please make sure it's in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also gives added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, which can lead to UTIs.
I have had some health issues in care, but I have been doing much better, and I am perfectly fine after medication. Basically it was a really bad cold and upset tummy that I got due to not being vaccinated. It may flare up during times of stress, but it's likely I won't require any medication in the future. Cats who are fully vaccinated or already have it (likely it's FCV or FCOV) won't be affected at all (or minimally) if I am in a flare-up.
I’m also a polydactyl meaning I have 6 toes on my front paws.
