Is it your opinion that all family members would like to adopt the pet?

Would you trust the applicant with your animals or children?

Does anyone in the family have issues with pet allergies?

What arrangements would they make for their pets if they go in vacation or have an emergency?

Do you believe they would do whatever is necessary to care for an animal?

Do you feel like they will provide love and patience to the pet as these animals often come from different stressful situations and every thing is new to them?

Will they keep their dog inside or outside?

Are the applicants familiar with behavioural issues like jumping up, separation anxiety, eliminating in the house?

How knowledgeable are they about dogs?
