Abby Cakes   |   Female   |   Domestic cutie (DSH)   |

Rescue Story:

I was brought to Zoe's as sadly my owners were moving into a retirement home and unable to take me.

Date of Birth: May 2014

Energy Level: Low

Size (adult): Medium

Adoption Fee:

Good with Dogs? Unknown
Never met one, so not sure. Maybe if super calm and will ignore me.
Good with Cats? Maybe
I had a sister in the past, but it's hard to say if I would be good with other cats. Maybe other cat friendly seniors with slow intros.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Older calm kids who would be very gentle with me and not so hyper. Possibly.

Critter Twitter:

Hello. Your clicking on my profile startled me but now that things have settled down, I’d love pets please. You can even call for me from across the room and I’ll come over if I’m in the mood for pets, which is often. If you forgot to pet me while you’re on your computer I’ll remind you by jumping on your lap and hanging out on the desk (in front of the computer like a cutie.) I’m a pretty quite cat, but when I do meow it is so precious. I’m also content to do my own thing like hang on the catio or nap on your bed during the day. I love my playtime and am a fan of air prey wands. I catch and murder my feathers nemesis with grace and precision. #shysweetie

About my Behaviour:

Overall I am a low-medium energy level cat. I’m enjoying my fosters calm apartment and get along well with strangers. I’ll sometimes hang out on your lap for pets. I’d love to go to a new home with calm atmosphere, and would be fine left alone for 9ish hours a day but would prefer to have companionship during that time. I used to have a sister, so I might well with other cats with a proper introduction if they have similar energy levels.

How’s my Health?

I am fully vetted. I need a tall litterbox and very soft litter or I might poop over the edge.
