Critter Twitter:
Hello, I'm Bonky, and I wake up every morning ready to make the most of every second! I'm fearless, curious, and always convinced that the next great adventure is just around the corner. I love exploring everything I can reach and using my clever puppy brain to figure out how the world works. Sometimes my excitement comes out through my mouth, so I'm still working on remembering that people prefer kisses over puppy nibbles. The good news is that I'm incredibly smart and eager to learn, especially when someone is patient with me. I have lots of energy to spare, so I enjoy staying busy and finding fun ways to use both my body and my brain. My confidence helps me bounce back from new experiences with my tail wagging. I have a big heart hidden inside my spunky little personality, and I'm ready to share it with my forever family. If you're ready for a clever, spirited sidekick who will keep you smiling, I'm your girl!
About my Behaviour:
I will need an active home that will provide plenty of mental and physical stimulation and knowledge of herding breeds would be even better. I can be quite bitey and am learning that feet and fingers aren't for chomping, but what can I say, those herding instincts are strong! I am very smart and will thrive in a home that keeps up with my training and socialization and teaches me proper boundaries. I like to be near my humans so I sometimes have a hard time settling in my crate or pen when I'm left alone, but I'm getting better with practice. I do sleep well in my crate overnight and am doing well with potty training. As a condition of adoption, we must register for a force free, in-person, group training class for puppies. We'll learn so much and bond and I can have some socializing time with other dogs in a safe environment, which is really critical for young pups! Please check out www.albertaforcefreealliance.com for some great force free trainers!
How’s my Health?
I will be spayed, up to date on my vaccinations, dewormed and microchipped. Zoe's cannot guarantee what breeds are in me or my size as an adult.
