Rescue Story:
I was found was a stray in St Albert. Sadly no one came forward to claim me, so I came to Zoe's to find a forever home.

I am very indifferent to them, but will hiss if they don't take the hint. I prefer to be left alone by canines.

I would only like a low energy cat who prefers to be roomies than friends. Otherwise I would prefer it just to be me. I am Mr.Independent and happy to do my own thing.

I am Mr. Chill, Mr. Zen. I love being up high, surveying my kingdom from cat shelves. I'm happy to chill next to you while you work, even laying on papers (hopefully you don't need them!). I love being petted and held like a baby, but I'm not really a lap cat. You'll usually find me watching from above or right beside you. I'm such a great cat, and I know you'll fall in love with me! #mrzen
About my Behaviour:
I prefer to be left to my own devices when it comes to other fur animals and would likely thrive best as an only pet or cat. While I am fine with dogs if they leave me alone, I prefer cats who don't bother me, though I can sometimes pick fights (not a bad one, but just to pester them). This may be due to my recovery from an eye infection and dental work, but it's hard to say. If you have dogs who would respect my space, we would likely coexist just fine. With cats, it's a mixed bag; I am picky about my cat companions. If they leave me alone, we might be able to coexist.
I am currently fostered at Bone and Biscuit crestwood, you can meet me there any time during store hours.
I would love a calm, quiet home, where someone is home often. I would be the perfect cat for someone who is retired or who works from home. Perhaps someone who has health issues and wants a companion to keep them company.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted. I had some teeth removed during a dental cleaning, but I am doing just fine now. I have a history of eye infections that may require medication in the future, but I am a lovebug and don't mind eye drops. I love wet food, especially red meat, but I also enjoy some dry food. It's best to ensure I get some wet food each day for hydration.
