Caponata Appys | Female | Street Kitty (DSH) |
Rescue Story:
My siblings and I were one of 3 litters born from a feral cat a lady has been trying to trap. Thankfully Zoe's was able to take us in so at least we wouldn't continue to add to the large feral cat population in Edmonton.
Date of Birth: August 2025
Energy Level: High
Size (adult): Medium
Adoption Fee: $225
Good with Dogs? Unknown
Unlikely as I am quite shy.
Good with Cats? Unknown
I must be adopted to a home with another very cat friendly cat buddy for me. Otherwise you must adopt a sibling with me.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Older kids who are gentle with me are best. I am shy at first.
Critter Twitter:
I am a loving little chatterbox with a heart full of affection and a playful streak. I am the kind of kitten who will curl up in your lap after a good play session and serenade you with soft meows. I love to give love, and I love to play. Overall I am just a great little kitten who is worth investing time and love in. As boy will I ever repay you 10 fold. #lovebug
About my Behaviour:
I must be adopted into a home with another youngish, cat-friendly cat who would love to play with me and be my friend. With slow, proper introductions, of course. I love to play with other cats, and I would not be ok as an only cat. I have too much energy to be okay with only a senior cat buddy, sorry. I need a playmate who can play with me for hours stalking and pouncing on each other. It's just so much fun! It would be ideal if I could be adopted with a sibling to help me settle in more quickly, if possible.
I need a calm, quiet home that will let me settle in at my own pace. No young kids or busy households, please.
How’s my Health?
I am fixed, microchipped, and dewormed. The number of vaccines will depend on the length of care. I must be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration. Wet food is important, as it's best for kitties, so please make sure it's in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also gives added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, which can lead to UTIs. I do have a sensitive stomach and a sensitive diet, and slow transitions to any new food are a must for me.
