Good with Dogs? Unknown
I am quite scared of new dogs so would need very slow intros to new dogs.
Good with Cats? Maybe
I seem interested in cats but not aggressive, I would likely chase if they ran though.
Good with Kids? Yes
With proper introductions and respectful interactions I would do just fine.
Critter Twitter:
Hi, I’m Citrine, and I’m a gentle girl with a soft heart and an even softer spot for snacks. I may be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, you’ll see just how sweet I really am. I’m a smart cookie (especially when treats are involved), and I’m already learning so much about this whole “living in a home” thing. New situations can feel a bit scary, but I’m working hard on being brave every single day. I have a calm, easygoing nature and love just quietly being near my people. Toys are still a bit confusing to me, but I’m curious and open to learning what all the fuss is about. What I do know is that I absolutely love a good game of chase in the yard - it’s my favorite kind of fun. I’m gentle in everything I do and would make a lovely, peaceful companion. With a little patience and encouragement, I know my confidence will continue to grow. If you’re looking for a sweet, soulful pup to share your life (and maybe your snacks), I think we’d make the perfect match.
About my Behaviour:
Living in a house is new to me so I am learning all about house training, crate training, and basic manners in my foster home. I'm quite scared of being on leash so I will need a home with a yard. I much prefer my people to be home and will cry when left alone so I need a home with no shared walls and people who aren't gone long hours. I'm a smart girl who likes to learn and is looking for a patient home who will continue working on my confidence. To ensure we get off on the right paw, my adopters will be required to sign up for force-free training. You can find a list of great trainers at www.albertaforcefreealliance.com.
How’s my Health?
I am spayed, up to date on my vaccinations, dewormed and microchipped. Zoe's cannot guarantee what breeds are in me.
