Rescue Story:
I was surrendered to Zoe's when my owners were unable to afford the extensive vet care and treatments required to help save me. Especially as I required a lot of trips back to the vet for further treatment, which wasn't feasible for them. Even though they did wash me as much as possible when I was lying in my own urine, I still received severe urine scalding that required surgery to debride and many treatments to fully heal. It's been months since then, but now my fur has finally grown back, and the vet says I am good to go! I am grateful that my owners asked Zoe's to help save me, and I can't wait for the next step of my journey!

Never met one, sorry.
Good with Cats? No
I would prefer to be an only cat.

Older kids are best as I can be a bit bitey sometimes when too playful.
Critter Twitter:
I am one very handsome tuxedo who loves to be the centre of your world. I may not be in your face demanding, but boy am I happy getting lots of love and playtime. I am outgoing and silly, and I will make your heart swoon. I am generally often around someone and happily staring outside the window in whatever room you are in. I am the perfect mix of sweet yet not too demanding. I love to be up high, and I would really enjoy lots of tall cat trees near windows and even cat shelves. Maybe a cool catio that I could have free access to come and go? That would be so neat! I am the sweetest boy who can't wait to be your new heart cat! #lovebug
About my Behaviour:
I would be fine if you worked regular hours but not ok if it's longer as I love my people.
I love mental stimulation daily; food puzzles and clicker training are fun! I am very food motivated and smart; you could teach me a lot of tricks. I love going out on my harness/leash and even learning to use the backpack. I would likely enjoy going out, maybe on camping trips, perhaps as long as I have my harness/leash on.
I really thrive having a stable routine (same time feedings and playtime), so please ensure it's something you can provide for me on a daily basis.
I can sometimes get a bit nippy when hungry or too playful, but the 3 meals and playtime will help stop that or at least reduce the frequency.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted.
I will need to be on urinary food for life, as I am prone to urinary blockages. More wet is better, as it helps to dilute the urine, and 3-4 meals a day can also help lower the alkaline in my bladder. Currently I am being fed 3 times a day, and I look forward to every meal. Reducing my stress is also important, as well as ensuring I am not overweight.
Oh, I do prefer newspaper litter, just FYI.
