Drambuie Meadowlark   |   Male   |   Floofer Ball (DLH)   |

Rescue Story:

My mom, siblings and I were being cared for by a nice lady after being found outside. Zoe's took us in to help us find forever homes where we will never be cold again.

Date of Birth: July 10, 2023 (est)

Energy Level: Medium

Size (adult): Large

Adoption Fee: Zoe's special! Donate whatever you wish!

Good with Dogs? Unknown
Not likely given my shyness.
Good with Cats? Bonded Pair
I do need a to be adopted with Skye.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Older kids would be best if any. Loud sounds and sudden movements scare me.

Critter Twitter:

I am very shy at first, but boy, I am a massive lovebug once settled in. I love to come to be carried on your shoulders, and I will be your shadow following you around the house. You will have to watch your step, as I may trip you. I love chatting with you, and I am very much an attention-seeking cat. I will be a lap cat for a short time, and then I will go and cuddle with my sister. I do still love to play, and we can't wait to find our forever home.

About my Behaviour:

I am bit shy and a bit bossy with other cats sometimes. I require a calm, quiet home that is understanding of shy cat behaviour. I still startle with loud noises and fast movements. It may take me a bit to settle in, but I am well worth the wait.

I must be adopted to a home with Skye, as we are the best of friends and always together. We will pester some cats, and I was bullied so badly it nearly cost me my life. If the other cat is extremely cat-friendly, it might be ok, but it may be best as the only cats in the home. It's just hard to say.

How’s my Health?

I am fully vetted. I should be fed at least, one meal of wet food a day for hydration. I am on urinary food as I had a urinary blockage due to severe stress. It took me weeks to recover but I am doing great now. It's important I stay on a urinary type food (wet food is best) and you monitor my litter box habits.
