Critter Twitter:

Hi! I’m Luci! My favourite pastimes include watching out the window, playing with wand toys, occupying small boxes, and exploring the house! I’ve met the resident cats, they are okay, I guess. At first, I thought they were super scary! And I still am nervous around all of them (sooo many!) I love spending time resting on a human’s lap. It is nice and warm. I have to put myself there though, my idea, not hers! When my foster mom comes close, I like to put my lips right close to hers, like a kiss. She thinks I’m pretty AND sweet! I mean, I can’t hear what she says, but, that has to be close. #lookintomybabyblues

About my Behaviour:

I require a very calm, stress-free house. Because I am deaf I can be sensitive to vibrations so please be mindful of loud banging, thumps and bass music.

Being deaf also means I can not hear myself talk and, boy do I like to talk. If I can't find you I will talk up a storm and very loudly. Due to how loud and frequent my chatting can be it's probably a good idea you have no shared walls or good soundproofing. You must be one who loves chatty cats with a nice boisterous tone. Yes, I have a manly voice!

I do like the one cat in the foster home who is very cat friendly and quite calm. An older very cat-friendly cat buddy would be great. Just one though as I am particulair about my cat buddy friends. Or I would do fine as an only cat with lots of playtime and attention.

How’s my Health?

I am fully vetted. I am also deaf. I did have some urinary crystals which are why a stress-free home is very important as well as potentially continuing my urinary diet. I did have some issues with the litter box but it could be due to my being overwhelmed with all the kitties in my current foster home. When you are deaf and outnumbered (4 other cats) it's a bit scary!
