March Equinox   |   Male   |   Mixed Breed   |

Rescue Story:

I was born in Zoe's care (I'm so lucky) and am excited to meet my new family!

Date of Birth: March 8, 2019

Energy Level: High! I love to chew and play and chew and play and sleep and eat and chew and play! I'm a puppy after all! 🙂

Size (adult): Medium to large

Adoption Fee:

Good with Dogs? Yes
I enjoy being with other dogs, and am comfortable and playful with them. As with any dog meeting new potential friends, appropriate introductions are necessary!
Good with Cats? Unknown
I haven't met any of these feline creatures yet, but as I am so young, with proper introductions I should be just fine.
Good with Kids? Yes
I'm a little timid around kids, but I do warm up quickly.

Critter Twitter:

Hello there! March here! Let me tell you about me! I love to be wild and free! I LOVE spending time in the yard running with toys, playing with my sister and chewing on sticks! I much prefer together time with my humans and other dogs, so much so, that I don’t really enjoy alone time. I would do great in a home with another dog friend! I can be a very vocal boy when I want something, but who can blame me, I know what I want! I’m looking for a family that will take me on many adventures and allow me to let my wild side out. I would also love a family that is home quite often and not leave me alone too much. Once I have exerted my puppy energy, I do love a good cuddle on the couch! #homebodiesneeded

About my Behaviour:

I'm a puppy and still learning about house training, and also crate training. I've been told that a crate will be a safe place for me to be, so I'm doing my best to learn about this! Some nights I will sleep in my crate for 7-8 hours - go me!

As part of my adoption, it is mandatory that we take puppy classes with a force free trainer. Check out www.albertaforcefreealliance.com for some options. I'm super excited about this - as it will be a great chance for us to bond and have fun, and I'll get to socialize with some new doggy friends - which is super important!

How’s my Health?

I'm neutered, micro-chipped and dewormed. Zoes cant confirm what breeds are in me or what exact weight range I will be. Please note the photos were taken in mid April so I am a bit bigger now.
