Severus Wizard | Male | Tuxedo Boy (DSH) |
Rescue Story:
I was saved from a home where cats were never fixed nor truly cared for. Essentially an animal hoarders place. Kittens were dumped on a farm and many didn't survive. Thankfully a kind lady took us in and asked Zoe's to help socialize us and find us a great home. We might not be related but we get along great.

Critter Twitter:
I’m a sweet, shy boy who will need some time to settle into a new home and find my confidence. While I’m quite independent right now, I have a feeling that once I’m comfortable, my affectionate side will really shine. I absolutely love to play, and plenty of wand toy sessions will not only help me burn off energy but also help me build the courage to be the best companion I can be. #shybutsweet
About my Behaviour:
I am a sweet, shy soul looking for a calm, patient home that understands it will take me some time to settle in. Because I can be a bit skittish at first, I would thrive with a family who is willing to use plenty of love, patience, and tasty food bribery to help me feel secure. To assist with my transition, I would benefit from tools like Feliway Optimum or calming supplements such as Zylkene. If I remain feeling a bit overwhelmed, a low-cost option like Gabapentin could also be discussed to help ease my anxiety.
Socially, I am a very confident boy when I have feline friends around! I rely on other cats for friendship and comfort, so I must go to a home that already has a playful, cat-friendly young companion, or I would love to be adopted alongside Dobby. While I love other cats, I have a lot of energy and love to play chase, so I need a playmate who is young and active enough to keep up with me for years to come.
How’s my Health?
I am fixed, and I am microchipped, up to date vaccines, and dewormed. I must be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration. Wet food is important, as it's best for kitties, so please make sure it's in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also gives added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, which can lead to UTIs.
