Rescue Story:

I was brought to Zoe's when my owners, who had adopted two cats, had to return them due to serious health issues and them moving to another country. They rescued us and asked if Zoe's could take us to, thankfully they could. We are now ready for forever homes.

Probably not due to my shyness.

Very cat friendly cats with slow proper introductions.

Older kids if any, that understand shy cats.

Critter Twitter:

I am one very sweet yet shy gal who is looking for a home where they will love me as they watch me blossom into the amazing kitty Zoes' knows I am. I am happy to do my own thing right now, but I will come to sleep with you at night, just to ensure you know that I love you. I am the perfect kitty for someone who really wants to rescue a kitty in need and will love me unconditionally. The milestones we create, will be worth it. #shybutsweet

About my Behaviour:

I must be adopted into a home with another very cat-friendly cat with slow, proper introductions. I actually love chilling with the older cat in the home, and I will happily play by myself as long as I have plenty of toys out. I would make a great kitty buddy for someone who is looking for a kitten who would match great with an older very cat friendly cat.

Due to my shyness, my adoption fee is by donation. Anything over $20 will get you a tax donation receipt, and all the money will go towards my vet bills.

How’s my Health?

I am fixed, microchipped, and up to date with vaccines. I should be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration, as it's very important. I do love my wet food, so ideally I can get more wet food than dry; just add dry food on top to help with food costs. Free feeding is not a good idea in a multicat home, as one cat generally gets obese, which is bad for their health. Scheduled meals would be best for me anyway, as they will help us form a strong bond more quickly. You can, however, leave a small amount of dry food while you are away at work. Gabapentin would also be a good idea to try to help me settle in more quickly. Zoe's can help hook you up for cheap.
