Rescue Story:

I was a very cold kitty in Sherwood Park that no one was looking for in the dead of winter when it got to -40 so Zoe's agreed to take me in. I had some wounds that needed treatment and required extra TLC to help me release my inner lap cat.

Date of Birth: February 2017

Energy Level: High

Size (adult): Medium

Adoption Fee:

Critter Twitter:

I lived a life fighting to survive out on the streets, and was battered and quite shy when I first came into care. I have made remarkable strides and in my foster home I am even a lap cat. But I also am happy to do my own thing and I am not too demanding. Unless I am hungry, then I find my inner voice, repeatedly. Oh and interesting quirk- I LOVE tennis balls and carrying them all around the house. #streetcattolapcat #missvoice

About my Behaviour:

I can be shy initially so calm home is a must for me. I can get overstimulated so understanding my cat body language is key. I would more then likely be fine with other animals who are very laid back, and who want a companion rather then a playmate, but I would also be happy as an only pet as well. I would need a sanctuary room with 2 extra large litter boxes and feliway plugin to help me adjust to a new home. I might be in there for quite awhile but you can help boost my confidence by spending time in the room with me and having a wand toy for me to play with. Cat tunnels and hideaway cat beds would be great. I am a cat who seems to prefer small spaces so a small apartment would be great for me.

How’s my Health?

I am spayed, vaccinated, microchipped and dewormed.
