My Rescue Story
I was living in a rural community and and got pregnant. After my puppies were born my owners were struggling to care for us all so we were surrendered to Zoe’s for a chance at a better life. Now that my puppies are older and have been weaned I am ready to find my own furever.

What am I like?
Let me tell you!
Hi, I’m Diana! I’ve spent my recent days being a very good mama to my puppies, but now that my little ones are ready to head out into the world, I’m ready for a new chapter of my own. Living in a house is still pretty new to me, but I’m a smart girl and I’m learning all about this whole “pet dog” thing very quickly. I absolutely love people and am especially happy to meet kids who want to give me some attention. I’m friendly, affectionate, and always happy to be near my favourite humans. I haven’t had a lot of experience with other dogs or cats, but I seem to do just fine with both and would be happy to keep learning. I’m curious about new things and pick things up quickly, so I think I’ll be a wonderful student for my new family. If you’re looking for a sweet, smart girl who is ready to learn, love, and become your best friend, I think we might be a perfect match!
How do I act?
Living in a home and in the city is new to me so I’m looking for a patient home that will take things slow with me and teach me how to be the best dog I can be. I’m working on all those things like house training, crate training, and basic manners in my foster home. I’m a smart, young girl so ensuring I get proper mental and physical stimulation will be important. I do have separation anxiety and get nervous and can get destructive when I’m left alone so I would need a home where my humans aren’t gone long hours. To ensure we get off on the right paw, my adopters will be required to sign up for force-free training. You can find a list of great trainers at www.albertaforcefreealliance.com.
My Health is Very Important!
I am spayed, up to date on my vaccinations, dewormed and microchipped.
Ready to Adopt Me?
Our adoption policies/process can be found here. Please review it prior to filling out an adoption application, as it can help you determine whether our rescue is the right fit for your needs. Puppies must attend force-free puppy classes. Make sure you can afford the extra expense, as it is a requirement to buy your classes prior to pick up. (They do not give refunds).
