Banks Arnez   |   Male   |   Neonate Baby (DSH)   |

Rescue Story:

My mom was a farm cat who needed a c-section, unfortunately she would not nurse us so Zoe's agreed to take us all in and have an awesome neonate foster care for us. Sadly a few didn't make it (neonates are very fragile and no matter how great of care you provide, some just have underlining health issues or pass from fading kitten syndrome). Us survivors are now all ready for our forever homes!.

Never met one but should be okay with slow introduction to a dog who does not have prey drive
Good with Cats? Must have a cat friend
I must go to a home a young cat friendly buddy for me to cuddle and play with.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Should be okay if they are gentle and allow them to rest when tired. Kittens are very active but also need their naps

Critter Twitter:

Hi! I’m Banks. I’m a very handsome ginger who play with whatever I happen to come up on. I love climbing tall cat trees, wand toys, cardboard boxes. After running around I love to curl up with my human and purr her some songs. #lovebug

About my Behaviour:

I must be adopted with another young kitten or have a playful cat at home to be with. I would be very lonely on my own. Ideally I should be adopted with a female kitten as I like to self soothe by suckling on my brothers at a not so good spot. My foster mommy is working on curbing that behavior but being adopted to a home with a female kitten from another litter would be the preference to one of my brothers if you have no other young cats. I am respectful to senior resident cats as long as I have a young kitty playmate.

How’s my Health?

I will be fixed, microchipped, up to date vaccines, and dewormed. I must be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration. Wet food is important, as it's best for kitties, so please make sure it's in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also gives added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, which can lead to UTIs.
