I came to Zoe's after being hit by a car
Date of Birth: Approx 2 years old
Energy Level: Medium - after a good run around I am happy to curl up on the couch and sleep

Good with Dogs? Yes
With proper introductions, I should be fine with other dogs.
Good with Cats? Maybe
I am not aggressive with cats, but if they run I will chase them.
Good with Kids? Yes
With proper introductions, and respectful playing, I get along great with kids.

Hi, Bernard here. I am a very sweet guy who is looking for his forever home. I am very puppy like and learning how to play and have fun. I am very smart and eager to please. I am learning my basic cues and manners. I Loooove food, which makes training easier. I am a higher energy guy and will need lots of physical and mental stimulation. I am quite good walking on the leash if I say so myself and I love going for walks so hopefully I will get to go on lots in my future home. I love to be with my people, so would like to have someone home with me as much as possible
About my Behaviour:
I will need some help building my confidence. I am scared of getting in cars and riding in them, so I will need someone who is patient and willing to take time with me to help me feel safe being in a car.
How’s my Health?
I am neutered, dewormed, microchipped and up to date on my vaccines. I was hit by a car and had some bumps and bruises and had to have 6 teeth pulled but I am on the mend and should be just fine once I am fully healed.
