Critter Twitter:
Hi, I'm Budkiss, but my friends call me Peet, and yes, those extra toes are all mine! I can be a little unsure when we first meet, and I might tell you all about it while putting a bit of space between us, but I'm learning every day that people can be pretty wonderful. If you're patient with me, you'll soon discover that I'm a goofy, sweet boy with a heart of gold. Wand toys, ribbon toys, and ball tracks are my favorite ways to show off my delightfully clumsy play style, and I love scrambling up cat trees even if I don't always stick the landing. Tube treats are an excellent way to win me over, and I won't complain if you happen to have a few on hand. Once I trust you, my favorite place to be is upside down in your arms like a baby, where you can admire my impressive collection of extra toe beans.
About my Behaviour:
Because I'm young and playful I do need another kitten in the home which will help keep me entertained and for socializataon. If you don't have one already have another young cat or kitten I could be adopted with a sibling or another kitten. I can be shy and am looking for a quiet, patient home who will take the time to win me over. I'd do best in a home with no young children as they'd likely startle me. I'm currently fostered in a home with other dogs and cats.
How’s my Health?
I am fixed, and I am microchipped, up to date vaccines, and dewormed. I must be fed at least one meal of wet food a day for hydration. Wet food is important, as it's best for kitties, so please make sure it's in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also gives added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, which can lead to UTIs.
