Calliope Matrix   |   Female   |   Domestic WallFlower   |

Rescue Story:

My owner was facing eviction with her 7 cats, Zoe's agreed to help take in a few of us so our owner could be able to keep at least a few of her fur babies. It was hard on her but most of us Matrix cats already found forever homes and now it's my turn. I was adopted out but returned through no fault of my own.

Critter Twitter:

"Look into my crystal blue eyes—you know you want to! I’m a stunning girl, though I’m a bit of a wallflower. I started my life as a street cat, and while I know being inside and loved is safer and better, it takes me a little time to build trust. Playtime is a lot of fun and really helps draw me out of my shell. I am the purrfect companion for someone who isn't looking for a clingy cat, but rather a sweet friend who is just happy to chill in the same room as you. #shybutsweet #babyblueeyes"

About my Behaviour:

I require a calm, quiet home that is understanding that it will take me a bit of time to settle in. But once I do, I am quite the sweetie.

I prefer no other pets please.

How’s my Health?

I am fully vetted. I should be fed scheduled meals only to help form a strong bond, some wet food is a must of course. Three meals a day is all I need (morning, after work and before bed). I am on a bit of a diet so mainly wet food would help me continue to get my weight safely down. I do take gabapentin to help with anxiety from time to time and having some to help me transition to my new home would be best. Once settled in I may not ever need it.
