Rescue Story:

I came from a very overrun farm in which another rescue took over 40 cats/kitten but couldn't take anymore. So Zoe's took the last 6, and fixed two to return back home, and now I am finally ready for adoption!

Date of Birth: July 2019

Energy Level: Medium

Size (adult): Medium

Adoption Fee:

Good with Dogs? Yes
If cat friendly and would leave me alone. I do run and hide sometimes, so the dog shouldnt have any prey drive as I would be very scared if I was chased!
Good with Cats? Yes
I love other cats and am very polite to them.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Older cat savy kids would be best if any.

Critter Twitter:

My cat tree is one of my favourite spots to nap – right at the very top so that I can see everything around me and so that you can only see the pointy tops of my ears (teehee!). To be honest though, I’m not picky about my napping spots. I like blankets, couches, ottomans, chairs, sunspots… maybe I just like napping hehe. At night I sleep in my parents’ bed with my other kitty housemates (and the doggo!) but beware because if I want to play, I might play with your toes! When you eventually wake up, I will be up too. The best time to give me my head scratches is when I’m just waking up from cat naps and still groggy… but if I’m feeling in need of my head scratches and belly rubs, I’ll walk right up to you to get them. Quick movements and loud sounds are scary – I might have to run and hide just in case I’m under attack! My favorite food is any food – I’m not picky. And my favorite toy is the “Cat Dancer” – only $3 on Amazon! I know am still quite shy but all I need are loving parents who can be patient and give me time to get comfortable. I will form an extremely strong bond with you if you give me a lot of love, affection, toys, treats, and – most importantly – time! #silvertabby

About my Behaviour:

My ideal forever home is average to low energy with parents who can be patient with me and give me time to adjust! At my foster home now, I tend to look for my older motherly kitty housemate for company and play with the my siblings in the home. I think a very cat friendly, confident kitty would help me come out of my shell more then if I was an only kitty. I really look at other cats to see if I can trust you or not. You’ll know that I am a shy kitty when you first meet me, but please give me time! It takes time for me to get used to all your funky smells... my nose is very good, did you know? I’ll bring a blanket from my foster parents’ home just in case. If you are my new forever parents, do your own thing and I’ll come around! Please don’t take it personally – I just need more TLC than most. I’m really pretty and can be lovable – just give me a chance! Once you see my stunning silver coat, beautiful eyes, and hear me purr for the first time, it will all be worthwhile.

How’s my Health?

I am spayed, vaccinated, micro-chipped and dewormed. I am considered an older kitten, so my adoption fee is $170.
