Rescue Story:

I was living outside until the kind people at Zoe’s took me in. I’m now looking for a very special furever home!

Date of Birth: 2014

Energy Level: Medium

Size (adult): Medium

Adoption Fee:

Good with Dogs? Unknown
I’m a bit territorial, but I could be okay with a calm dog if introduced properly, if any.
Good with Cats? No
I need to be the only cat in the household due to a medical condition.
Good with Kids? Unknown
Unknown, but probably. I don’t scare easily and I’m not shy at all, but I do sometimes play with my teeth and claws.

Critter Twitter:

Hi human! My name is Gary, and I love humans, just like you! I like playing with humans, cuddling with humans, and I loveeeee talking to humans. My opinions matter, and I like to share them. I have quite the personality, I am told. I am very friendly though, and will warm up to anyone really quickly! I like to be by my foster mom’s side (wherever that may be - even the bathroom!) I do just fine on my own while the humans work, just be sure to feed me and play with me when you get home! My foster mom says I’m smart, because I come when she calls, and fetch treats and come back (treat in my tummy) and can likely learn more tricks at this rate!

About my Behaviour:

Sometimes I can be a little messy as I have lived most of my life outside, but those days are over for me now. I am enjoying the fresh air on the enclosed balcony and clean indoor living, and I’m ready to retire with you as your only cat and indoor cat due to my medical condition.

How’s my Health?

I need to be the only cat in the household please as I am FIV positive and I don’t want to pass it onto other kitties. I am still a healthy cat and can live a long normal life indoors but I will require at least once a year vet exam as with being FIV I have a weakened immune system. With being special needs my adoption fee is only $25 and Zoe's will offer rescue rates if you book through them to one of their partner vets.
