I was rescued to be a "therapy" cat but I was too much for the child, what with me being a young very playful cat, so I came to Zoe's to find my true forever home. One who will love my very playful side and quirks.

About my Behaviour:
I am very playful and I love to be at the center of any action. I love to play and would thrive in a home that wants a cat with tons of energy and personality. You must have time to play with me to help burn off energy and providing lots of enrichment is key, likely I would do ok with clicker training. I am not one who cares about personal space and will demand play time if I want it. Someone who loves cats and will laugh at my crazy antics. I could even be harness/leash trained and go out on adventures. Just be sure to not let me walk out the door, as I may not stop and I will go on my own adventure. Which though I would love it, it's not safe for cats to roam freely.
Oh and I am good with kids, but older kids are best who understand cats and love to play with me. It's likely someone played with their hands with me and I can sometimes be a bit nibbly if I have too much energy.
I would be the ideal cat companion for another young, very playful, very cat friendly cat who really wants a playmate. One who is similar in size and can happily rough house. I would prefer one who isn't a bully though or wants to be top cat, as it might lead to some tiffs.
I am very much a real cat and occasionally feels obligated to remind everyone of that fact. I have been known to steal toilet paper rolls, knock things off counters, and generally investigate things that were probably none of my business, regardless of whether it is 2:00 in the afternoon or 2:00 in the morning. I do not recognize traditional business hours, and if something requires investigating, relocating, knocking onto the floor, or sprinting through the house at full speed, I see no reason why it should have to wait until your awake. I mean, aren't you always awake? I also occasionally makes some "forbidden biscuits. On your leg, in the middle of night.. but everyday could be Wednesday! Overall, my behaviour is much more mischievous than problematic. A reasonably cat-proofed home, plenty of appropriate outlets for my energy, and a good sense of humour are probably the best combination for living with me.
How’s my Health?
I am fully vetted. I need at least one meal of wet food daily for hydration. Wet food is essential for kitties, so please ensure it's included in my diet. Wet food is higher in protein and can be lower in carbs. It also provides added moisture, which is important, as dry-food-only-fed cats tend to be dehydrated, potentially leading to UTIs. I like fresh water so a water fountain that is like a tap would be best for me. I am a very chatty cat so hopefully you love a cat who talks back.
