Rescue Story:
I was found living under a deck with my 4 babies. We all hitched a ride to Edmonton and stayed together until they were old enough to find homes. They've all been adopted and now it's my turn to find a family to call my own.

Hi, I’m Zera — your future best friend! I’m the perfect mix of playful and peaceful: I love to run around and stay active, but I’m just as happy lounging beside you, soaking up the calm. I’m a total snuggle bug and will gently lean into you for love, or press my face into yours for sweet little nuzzles. I already know how to sit and lie down, and I come when I’m called. I really, really love playing with other dogs and have been wonderful with the youngs kids and the cat in my foster home. Whether we’re out on an adventure or curled up on the couch, I’ll be right by your side. I have a mellow, gentle energy and just want to be close to my people. About my Behaviour:
I am house trained. I'm not crate trained but I am fine being left to free roam in my foster home. I'm a smart and active pup who is eager to please and enjoys learning new things. Playing with other dogs is my favourite thing and my ideal home would have another playful dog. To ensure we get off on the right paw, my adopters will be required to sign up for force-free training.
